The hotel has an amazing stained glass ceiling that stays illuminated into the evening, sweet patio with a lovely view of nature. The front of some fountains and gardens past the lobby area adds to the charm. The service was good overall, but the staff could be more welcoming. The location is outside the Historic Center but close to the 'La Salud' historic neighborhood. The dining experience was satisfactory, but more choices would be appreciated.

I loved the hotel's beautiful Hacienda style building surrounded by stunning gardens. The spacious rooms with garden views and sweet patio were delightful. The stained glass ceiling that stayed illuminated into the evening added a magical touch. However, the downside was the distance from the historic center and being situated in less appealing suburbs.

The service was exceptional. Despite a minor incident with an arrogant general manager, they quickly resolved it by moving us to a different room. They even lent us a room to relax while we waited!
